Meridian takes the UK's compelling CAV message to Japan

The UK has forged stronger links with Japan to develop CAV technology and services during the recent JSAE visit in May. The Meridian team in partnership with the Centre for Connected and Autonomous Vehicles (CCAV), Innovate UK and the Department for International Trade (DIT) engaged with more than 20 organisations to discuss opportunities for collaboration with the UK’s extensive CAV testing and development community.

During a week of dialogue with companies across a broad range of sectors, national and regional government, academics and institutions, it was clear that there are areas for cooperation between both countries particularly around safety and standards which will bring benefits to all involved.
